February 2026 Intuitive Reading
The first time I was ever given a rose in high school, I was so excited. I had visions of it unfurling—hothouse big and lush—like something out of Beauty and the Beast.
So I put it in water on my bedroom dresser and waited and… nothing happened.
It never opened any further than a bud. I was so disappointed—and I admit, I started looking at the suitor who gave me the rose with a bit of side-eye.
What I didn’t know then is that roses need care in order to relax into their fullest bloom.
You need to recut the stems at an angle, change the water, remove submerged leaves, and do it again a few days later.
Flowers need care in order to open.
We are the same.
There is so much blooming that is possible for you in this lifetime, dear one.
Your task is not to force it, but to learn how to care for yourself well enough that a new era can simply… relax open.
This is what the energy of February is bringing us—a sense of something tender and new unfurling. And an invitation to care for yourself well enough that, come spring, this new part of your life can come into full bloom.
