This is a wonderful course that I am milking for every possible goodness. I took a long time listening to the audio, reading the script, studied the handout, starting rereading Zukav’s SEAT OF THE SOUL, taking the essences everyday and meditating. So I’m really not through with it until I do the worksheet and read all 5 books. Thank you so much!
I wasn’t sure which course of Aisa’s to try first, I decided on Herbs for Personal Power, because all my life I have been told who I am and what I can and can’t do. I have also experienced several traumatic experiences throughout my life each one diminishing my confidence in myself. I needed help, I am a very sensitive person and never realized how I can get lost in all the emotions/stimulation around me. I now understand why I shut down and give up. Herbs for Personal Power, gave me that understanding and the tools to know how to step back, keep in touch with myself and create boundaries so that I can actually bless the people around me better. I have not finished it completely, I am taking my time, reading through the recommended reading, taking breaks and letting myself absorb what I am learning. I love there is no time limits, I can work at my own pace and keep coming back whenever I need to. I highly recommend Herbs for Personal Power.
