Would you say these are safe to take in pregnancy? Just entered the third trimester
Hi Carolyn, thanks for your interest in working with heart-healers. Flower essences carry the vibrational imprint (rather than chemical constituents) of plants so they are one of the safest remedies to work with, and are considered safe to take during pregnancy. As they are preserved with brandy, a few drops can be diluted a glass of water, or they can be worked with topically in lotions or oils.
