A Beginner’s Guide to Water Magic | Ep. 77

Show notes
Before humans worked with plants or stones, the first medicine was water. It’s the oldest magic on Earth, and it never stopped flowing. Water cleanses, revives, dissolves what seemed immovable—and it’s more sensitive than we ever realized. It responds to our thoughts, our intentions, the subtle lines of energy running through our lives. We are 65% water. Which means the magic has been inside us all along.
In this episode, I revisit one of the most beloved transmissions I’ve ever shared: a beginner’s guide to working with water as medicine and magic. I share three of my favorite practices and why this time of year, as we tip toward fall, is the perfect moment to call in water as a counterpoint to all this fire.
