Cultivating Earth Intuition
I so often hear folks talk about intuition as something that helps us to “transcend” the physical, but the reality is that the earth we inhabit is a virtual garden of insight, guidance, and support. And if you want to be able to access the deepest, clearest springs of intuition and connect into an awareness of your unique life path, all you have to do is grow roots right here.
In this lesson you’ll learn how to harness the true power of intuition by letting it become embodied inside of you. And the plants are going to show you how.
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Let me know in the comments section whether this idea of “grounding” intuition in the earth is new to you. Do you have any earth practices you already engage in? Which plants showed up around your home?

I love love love this💚 This is so aligned with how I view our gift of being alive!
Hi April! So glad it landed that way—thank you for sharing that!
I picked a ‘weed’, a natural ground cover that has become prominent on our property. Upon inspection, I saw that it had three leaves, each leaf having three points and each one of the those having three more points. So I did some research on threes and found this; “Repeated patterns of threes are often interpreted as a spiritual wake-up call, inviting you to ***trust your intuition***, embrace your unique creative voice, and realize that you are a living fractal of the cosmos”. How perfect is that? Nice!
Teresa, this is so perfect! The sign chose you right back.
The idea is not new, but the experience of it comes and goes throughout my life. I am grateful that I live now on a land where I am learning…. where I am given the patience one gives a baby…. as this place teaches me. I think it is not teaching me use of this plant or that., or the taxonomy of soil mineral content, although I can feel the differences.. No, its more like the land and life here are teaching me I am home, and once again, how to be. Just this morning, I realized, I am gifted a chance to practice here, make mistakes, be forgiven for my forgetting, because in the near future, I will not have people or tools to help me live with the land… Every moment is a lesson. Baby steps.
I just started watching this day 2 video immediately after the day 1 video and chose my sign. It was the first thing that came to mind, my phone was leaning on a lime sltzer bottle so I chose lime. Afterwards I was like hmm maybe I should pick something else bc how am I going to run into limes often 😂 But I went w it bc I know how this stuff works. I had to pause the video to do a few things. In less than an hour, probably 30 min I was taking fish out of the oven and I was like a lime would add so much to this seasoning. I don’t really use limes often, maybe a couple times a year. But I just happened to buy 4 at the store the other day! 🍋🟩 I had to chuckle and tune in. I turned around and saw a lime green water bottle. And I was recalling right after I got out of the shower that’ the t shirt I used to wrap my hair was lime green. One that was sitting in my closet that I hadn’t used in years! This was within an hour of choosing a sign. I just had to share w others 🤩💚✅🫶🏻❤️
Hahaha yesss Becky! So much zest in this story 🤩💚🍋🟩 Thank you for sharing the fun with us (I can’t help wondering if Lime is coming forward as a plant ally for you in this time too?!) I love that you trusted the bendy logic of these kinds of things, and that it did not disappoint 😂 Feel free to let us know what unfolds for you from here—this sounds like such a truly bright connection with your intuition!
Hello and thanks again! A few years ago I would had a long walk to work every day, and in my first day of doing so I felt the call of an old tree! Mind you, the area in which I was walking has lots and lots of old trees, but somehow this one was different as I really felt a gentle, friendly force attracting me to it. The tree is at the side of an old norman style cottage (like from a fairytale) and the whole place looks as magickal as it can be. I caressed the bark and I felt inspired to unload the heavy baggage I was having in my heart in those days; I cried, I felt listened to and cared for by that big old tree… Every morning after that (I would take a different route walking back home in the afternoon) I would stop to caress and talk to that being I called Father Tree and I always experienced the same feeling as if we were two old friends who meet regularly and wait and care for each other… I would feel its fresh shade in the summer mornings and I would clean the snow of the bark in the area in which I would press my palm against in the dark winter mornings. I always felt its love and care, and it (he) will always be my friend, dear old Father Tree. Two years ago I moved to another area of the city and I don’t work where I used to anymore, but once every three or four months I go there specifically to have a whispered dialogue with my friend… What Asia says about the connection between plants is something I always believed since I was a child; it warms up my heart when I touch my old Father Tree and ask it to send my love and the warmth of ,my palm to the old trees in my childhood park in which I played fifty, forty years ago, going there holding my late father’s hand, so they can be happy to know that the child that I was is still alive in this old man and remembers them and loves them for ever and for always… I do imagine the message going from my heart to my hand to the old tree trunk and through its roots, touching the roots of other trees and passing the message from three to bush, from bush to grass, from blade of grass to another tree via the flight of a bee, a butterfly, a moth; from that flying little thing to the hand of a gnome to another tree root and so on… All the way my message goes down the continent from this city of Calgary in Canada to the little park in my childhood home of Buenos Aires in Argentina. I’m a Capricorn, which is an Earth sign, maybe that is why I understand and connect so well with what is talked about in these videos and with gnomes and Natural Magick, everything Asia says resonates with my soul deeply. Oh, my, so sorry about the so lengthy and melancholic message, I apologize most sincerely… It just so happens that I feel so much happiness and gratitude to talk about these very unusual topics with people who UNDERSTANDS! <3 Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Hi Marcelo, and thank you so much for sharing your experience, and touching insight into the connectivity of all things. It was moving to hear about your relationship with that Father tree, and how it’s linked to the trees you came to know alongside your own father—far away and yet only a palm away <3 Reading your story reminded me of my Grandmother Maple tree who I knew a few years ago, and states away, in Vermont. I connect to her still in the unseen ways, and in the maple trees that are near me now. We are so glad you're here and that we can be a part of this web of connection and understanding! Thank you for the beautiful story and heart that you weave into this space.
