Oh. This. It came to me while you were speaking, what my focus this month is (for my soul) and should be (for my mind). I absolutely love the thought that our mind and heart are meant to work together practically in every day life; as a person who has relied on my mind to force myself to survive terror and despair, it is like breaking down a rocky crust around my body and joyfully reuniting my system as I am naturally meant to be.
