Ancestral Plant Medicine | Ep. 87

Show notes
What if one of the oldest ways to reach your ancestors is already sitting in your kitchen?
I meant to record something new this week. Instead, a virus swept through my household, and the days of sage tea, elderberry syrup, and rest became an unplanned practice of ancestral herbalism. So I’m bringing back a teaching on one of my favorite topics: the particular magic of working with the plants your ancestors knew, especially now, as the veil thins and those who came before us draw near. I share three accessible ways to begin, from a simple research project to an offering at your own table.
Chances are you’ve been practicing ancestral plant medicine all along. This is an invitation to do it on purpose.
